Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting a form, or accepting a seat in a programme, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or attend a session.

What we provide

Devqueuegrid offers educational programmes, critique desks, and written materials about crash and stability analytics. Content on this website is informational. Prices are not offers. A contract is formed only when we send a written confirmation of dates, fees, and seat counts after you contact the studio.

Student duties

You will not upload production data containing personal information to shared labs unless we have confirmed a redaction method in writing. You will not record sessions for resale. You may keep artefacts you create for internal use at your employer.

Intellectual property

Syllabi, worksheets, release-gate templates, and faculty commentary remain the intellectual property of Devqueuegrid. We grant enrolled students a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials inside their organisation. You may not republish them, train a public model on them, or present them as your own training product. Your production data and any company confidential information you share under an NDA remain yours.

Conduct

We may remove someone from a live room, without refund beyond the refund policy, for harassment, recording without consent, or attempting to extract another student’s production data.

Liability

Teaching does not create a duty to monitor your production systems. We are not your on-call provider. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Devqueuegrid is not liable for lost revenue, store ranking changes, or engineering time arising from decisions you make after a programme. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Thailand, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Website use

Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, attempt to probe forms beyond ordinary use, or present our pages as your own. Links to third-party image hosts or fonts are provided as-is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Material changes to paid programmes already confirmed in writing will not apply retroactively to that confirmation.
