How we teach
Stability work is a reading practice before it is a tooling practice.
Most teams already pay for a crash vendor. What they lack is a shared way to read the feed: which stacks are the same failure, which look noisy because symbolication lagged, and which “crash-free session” swings are just traffic mix. Our labs start from anonymised production exports, not toy apps.
Instructors sit with your actual release calendar. We do not ask you to pause shipping. We ask you to name a gate: what would make you hold a staged rollout, and what evidence would reopen it.

We are a small faculty, not a conference brand. Most students sit in Thailand, Singapore, or remote APAC seats. English is the classroom language; examples often come from Southeast Asian store traffic, which behaves differently from US-heavy datasets.
